It invalidates taking Last stand and makes Dark Harvest way more powerful than it should be. Nobody in their right minds would want to see this change go live.
The elder dragon execute is a r%%%%%ed change. Games already end fast enough. Nobody needs an elder dragon execute to end games.

You realize how often you are not going to see this dragon? If its strong just lower the threshold, elder does not spawn not until 1 team has 4 dragons so at that point someone is probably already winning hard enough.
Dr Mundo pops ult and instantly dies to execute because he just lost 30% of his health.
i think what your saying is that this change is a indirect nerf to those champ types who thrive off of near death status..
every sweeping change to the game ever since plants were first introduced has been to make league feel more like a mobile game

It also invalidates Kled... Half of his kit is based on remounting (his health returning, his E and his ult) to get his stuff back and remount, he has to be at low health for a while. No doubt this will make the team with this dragon run him over. I guess I'll have to wait and see.
Tbh I don't understand why Riot gets their dick hard on executes. Everything is changed to be an execute. For example why the hell Veigar ulti is an execute? It used to scale based on enemy AP and now it scales on missing health. Veigar is not supposed to be an assassin.

I think I've seen exactly one Elder Dragon being taken this season in my games. I highly doubt the elder dragon change will have any noticeable impact on their winrates.
Warwick has pretty good neutral monster control with his extremely high sustain and massive attack speed once it gets to 50% HP AND the ability to suppress the enemy jungler when he jumps into the pit to try to smite. If anything Warwick wants neutral monsters to be more important.
Olaf is so snowbally and falls off so badly, if you're at 35 mins and you don't already have a big enough lead to have full control of dragon by this point in the game you may as well /ff
Yeah having 4 dragons right now? Yeah, you NEVER win those games and have a very big chance of coming back. That elder dragon execute that spawns AT THE EARLIEST 30 MINUTES toooootallly gonna ruin the champs that fall off around 25 anyway. I really can't fathom why riot doesn't listen to the boards...

I don't see a problem here. If elder drake is on the map and is able to be taken then the game has gone for quite a while. using a rune this late in the game doesn't really seem right as the adc should be full build dealing most if not all the damage meaning if you didn't build tank you "should" die to those adcs. And for building tank you probably wont be dealing any amazing damage expect for staying alive. The elderdrake is looking like it will end games faster so if your giving up a game ending buff then you are probably going to lose regardless of what champ and runes you took. I mean i could always be wrong so im open to talk about it.
If they do put it through, it should have a very strict limit. Such as not being too strong, (aka executing when your health isn't that low, or being true damage that ignores things such as shields), or not being a constant reset that lets you execute again and again, and only 1 execute per champion and then it goes on a long cooldown.
Edit: Saw the clip of a Jinx getting an insta penta from it, my God this shit is unfair, it makes it such a one-sided winfor the team with the more/better drakes, regardless of how well the other team did, please don't put it on live server like this...
That also means it invalidates champions with executes themselves but in a meaningless way, since they won't have to use them.
