I'm not here to hate on Zoe or argue that she's actually really easy to counter.

I've never thought she was busted. However, she has one of the most toxic and annoying kits to fight. I dislike fighting Zoe the most out of every champion right now. :/

I disagree theres a number of champions i hate laning against over her.

Orianna : A good one dishes out a lot of free poke while preventing any lane interaction Fizz : I mean do i really have to explain this? Zed : Refer to above Ahri : Easy Poke, a lot of damage right now and her ult can double as both an engage and escape.

Zoe on the other hand, MR is extremely effective against her since she cannot buy a Void Staff early.

Can dive her, can burst her down, and fairly easy to gank. Build item 3111 and her sleep duration is significantly shorter making her combo much more hard to land. Can play on top of her with those boots as well and she cannot set the range she needs to deal damage.

define "busted".. she has a garbage win rate right now and is garbage in pro play, so.. probably not

She has one of the lowest winrates in the game.

Busted? No. Toxic? Yes. She's an artillery burst mage, which makes really obnoxious. She can hit you with a bubble and her paddle star followed by her auto to proc electrocute dealing a lot of dmg with little to no counterplay. She's pretty much dead once you close the distance though.

Broken as in useless, maybe, but not busted.

She's merely annoying at her best, and a liability for her team as the norm.

I disagree, she is still good on people who can actually land her skillshots and 1 tricks are still seeing 57% WR Deltas

Performance wise, the problem Zoe had ironically had little to actually do with Zoe. The problem right now is that mid game champions right now are king and she was the queen of mid game. If games lasted as long as previous seasons tanks would be able to build MR and eventually just body block her kit but games on average are ending around 2-3 item mark which is where mid game champions really thrive on.

Again this is performance, not talking about design at this point.
