Is anyone else's game lagging with ping spikes up and down?

I have up to 70MBPS internet speed and ms sits at 33ms in game. Since this "new" client this game has been hella unstable. Just played a game that the ping went from 33 to 240 to 80 and kept bouncing to different numbers all game and made it unplayable! God forbid i use skill shot champs. WTH is going on? Did a speed test afterwards and it was at 60MBPS with 11 ping. DA FUK MAN?

If you haven't tried the basic reset your router trick, try that... If you're wireless, wire up or move to a better spot... I have usually 80mgps download and 40 mgps upload, have a regular flat 21ms ping, but very often will get 100-1k ping spikes and then will be back perfect. Very annoying but resetting the router always does it for me.
