Even if Malz is in a good spot

for whatever reason it's just not satisfying to play with him. his passive just holds so much power in his kit that everyone knows if he didn't have it his power in his other abilities would be so much better. If only one thing had to change it would have to be the passive because instead of malz players using it offensively majority use it defensibly while playing passive and farming. this causes an even more lackluster laning phase where neither are really having fun. His ultimate is still a worse version of his old one even with the old W stacked on top of it. His W is really only useful when pushing lane as majority of the time they instantly die in fights. i am worried about buffing him though because malzahar might get out of hand again but his voidlings need health or movement speed. maybe a little bit of both? old voidlings had movement speed, health and were balanced pretty well.

a good idea for a new passive would be for it to revolve around gathering stacks by casting aids on enemy champs. the stacks will result with empowering the voidlings. this way both of malzahar's problems are solved in that it causes more interaction with the opposing player and makes voidlings become more impactful without them being overbearing.

As much as Malzahar is a pain in the ass when I'm playing against him, I miss seeing him and in a way - I loved laning against him.

All he needs, in my opinion, is a new passive, buffing his voidlings health (possibly some damage buffs in there as well), and I wouldn't mind his suppression duration increased.
