Who is more of a lane bully, Lucian or Draven?
Also is either one more aggressive than the other?

(easy to punish, because she is immobile and if you see that she terrorizes your laners, gank her)
(similar to Ashe)
Quinn/Jayce - super strong all-in, but are shit ADCs, if you need them to take objectives, because of their AA range
Draven - lane bully when he had bleed passive
Lucian - when he had longer AA range and his Q range could poke you. Now it's easy to dodge Lucian's Q and can just farm vs Draven, because he has no waveclear. The only way to die vs Draven is to play like a bronze.

You are nuts, if you let Draven to hit you for free. He is probably stronger around lvl 5 than any other ADC and can even dive you later, if you feed him, because of his slightly better stats than the average ADC, but with equal items many champs outDPS, outduel, outburst him.

Lane bully doesn't equal duelist. Caitlyn will probably lose to Draven in a straight 1v1 until lategame and have to kite him, if you want to 1v1.
