Then not only will you get chat restricted, you'll also end up geting banned thus losing LP because you go down and can't play. Because you rage you lose more games because that's how it works out.
Looking at your stats you're csing really well and your scores are good as well. You might in fact be doing so well that your mmr is placing you against higher people as well. Have you tried duo queing since that will help a lot?
I just reached silver II. It's like we're friends, only closer.
