stop banning akali first on blue side

so as is my main mid i've been ranting about this in every pregame lobby for some time now just stop. your on blue side you have first pick every time and a lot of people want to play and can't even ask for you to not ban her if you do it in the first .5 seconds and lastly if you're going to ban akali always do it on third ban, shes practically 100% pick/ban right now so if you dont ban her the other team most likely will which means you get a forth effective ban

I don't even see why people are banning her again... nothings changed with her to make her a real threat. There's other champs that are a lot worse and should be banned over her.

Its more of a trust in your teammates. Me not being a mid main I fear her destroying my mid laner. SO i ban her because i've seen her wreck more than not. I want my best chance to win and that means banning who many players seem to not be able to play against.

That sounds more like "Not trusting your teammates" since you ban her seeing as you don't want someone to fed her.

Easy way to stop her in fights though, is to always make sure to have a pink ward and have a champ that can CC.

it is a lack of trust in teammates. Doesn't matter how you beat her when no one wants to do what is needed.

And if you don't have an item slot and are still holding onto that ward trinket, upgrade the trinket to a greater vision ward for a free pink.

Once she gets an item, the amount of sustain she has in lane make her incredibly hard to poke down before she all-ins you.

I don't really understand why the OP is being downvoted. He's not saying to ban or not to ban Akali, he's just saying if you do plan to ban her don't ban her first.

But the OP is saying, if you want to ban her, use her as your last ban. This way if the enemy bans her, you don't need to waste your ban on her, you could ban some other champ with your last ban left over. Get it now?

akali is worth banning simply because she stomps all over an uncoordinated team. and uncoordinated is the definition of soloqueue.

i once played against an akali who built a mejais as her first item and proceeded to go 0-6 during lane phase. during a teamfight at baron she somehow manages to pick up a quadra kill and 10 minutes later she has 20 stacks on her mejais. just a horrible champ to play against. you can only keep her down for so long before the snowball starts.

i don't want to make sure someone wants to pick her and is actually the one who is going to mid, then figure out if i have the champion, then figure out if the other guy has a champion i want to trade for i'm just going to ban what i like. if you don't like it then learn another mid or avoid ranked while your mid is pick/ban
