Poor poppy

Honestly they've been working on this rework supposedly since like season 2 (atleast im pretty sure thats when they started making those rework promises) and she feels kind of awful. I would prefer old poppy just got some stat scaling and much lower mana cost. This version doesn't do any real damage and honestly for a tank she has too many situational abilities (as in the situation in which they're aren't awful is rare) i'm also confused why they think positional stuns are good. It only works on vayne because shes really just trying to keep you away so regardless of getting the wall stun you get melted. Gnar has a great kit regardless. She just has a crappy kit shes not as tanky as before while doing less damage and having terrible awkward skills.

I'll take current Poppy over old Poopy any day.

Her old ultimate was downright cancerous to play against, as she'd just press R and leap in front of her team to bodyblock everything that could be bodyblocked. Plus its ungodly synergy with redsmite for 20% increased damage and 20% reduced damage from her target.

And her new kit actually feels fair to play as and to play against.

Though I agree the old kit may have been a bit much. The new one feels like a really bad tanky dps. I mean she doesn't deal alot of dmg and her kit in general doesn't offer much other than the w.

um, idk what poppy rework you are playing, but her Q does immense damage. Couple that with the stun, and the instant ult base dmg +knockup and poppy is borderline op in my opinion. I think her passive is absolutely perfect, her W is fine, her Q is fine, the ult just needs much lower damage if you instantly spam it for the knockup, and it needs a scaling damage increase with more ranks. That's it. I really feel like riot is nailing these reworks actually
