Build Hydra on Riven First?

After getting so butt hurt when 1 v 1-ing against a Riven player, I decided to learn how to master Riven. I've had a couple days of practice and I can say with confidence that I can play Riven decently. However, I'm still not sure about the right build order. After looking at many build guilds for Riven, it's seems that many other players build The Black Cleaver first. While it is an awesome item to start off with, I find myself gravitating towards building Hydra (Tiamat) first for the sustain and easy farm. I am missing out on that oh so good CDR, but with Hydra I can stay in fights longer and get so many last hits. Plus, if i find myself with all my skills going through cooldown in the middle of a fight against a low hp enemy, I can finish that player off with Hydra's active. What is the general consensus on Riven's first item?

Boxbox prefers the CDR and hes the most active riven player i know... I dont watch Dekar173 anymore but he plays a lot of riven as well, check out his videos see wut he does.

Don't play Riven myself but usually what I see working best is sthg like item 3077 -> item 3158 -> item 3133 , CDR is really strong (at least it's harder to play against)

item 3133 -> item 1028 -> item 3158 -> item 3044 -> item 3071 -> item 3074

I tend to go BC, CDR boots, then Tiamat

I think i saw a stream where boxbox went item 3133 item 3158 item 3067 before finishing any major item. but as said before BoxBox likes CDR and this plus runes/masteries left him at 45% rly early. not sure if it was situational or not but i tried it in a couple of games and i felt i had a lot more freedom to move around fights and the map a lot easier and survive duels decently for the lack of dmg i had.
