Since this patch which was only yesterday my games have been going totally different. I main Draven and he didn't get nerfed and DD did'nt get nerfed, but something about him and ADC in general seems to be weaker. Maybe I have just been playing bad, but I don't know. Also, I keep seeing a lot of Corkie and my god everyone builds black cleaver. A lot more people are building lethality and Jhin is starting to roll over people. This patch seemed to affect a lot, but then again maybe not I can't be 100%. Also, my team mates seem to feed more too, but that's silver for you lol.

lethality is busted again item 3076 was added to the game you now have to waste a ban on Kayn etc

Lethality got buffed for assassins (scales off own lvl instead of target's level). Because ADC share exp with a support, they will almost always be lower level so building lethality on ADCs is sub-optimal. item 3147 in particular does way more damage to squishies than before. I have seen it built on Twitch which helped early game but ultimately wasn't that great as the game went on.
