If Annie was constantly split pushing, she would have much higher CS. However, she could not possibly have racked up 13 deaths if she was split pushing that much since enemies would not be catching her that often in favor of wiping her team first 5v4.

I've looked up the account, I found the game. Its the only one in the last 20 this action was taken. It's also clear from the game stats from other games that this player, in the game op posts, was not even attempting to try to play and win. It's also pretty obvious this is not an annie player. While the account has mostly poor performances (suggesting this player is indeed just bad) that one annie game looks completely different from the rest of the games. Its clear looking at the game history that the annie game was intentionally trolled, it was not a computer issue, there is a ranked game as malphite immediately following it where the player played well and basically what I would expect of a silver level player.
Looking at all the evidence I can see, it still looks to me like the annie in the screenshot intentionally trolled in this specific game, in ranked, and should be punished for it immediately.
I do not tolerate that kind of behavior from ANY player, regardless of Riot employee or not. The fact it is a Riot employee who intentionally trolled this game only makes it worse.
I understand my view on this is not a view shared by everyone, I am extremely intolerant of that type of toxic in game action as I believe it is the worst thing a player can do in a competitive game and I would vote to ban players after a single instance of intentionally trolling and feeding while also refusing to cooperate with the team. That is how I would handle it, that is how I handled it in the past with Tribunal, and I will stand by that viewpoint until the end of time. That type of action has no business in a ranked match, ever, and it should be met with immediate and swift punishment. As far as I am concerned, looking at the game history for the account, the employee should not be fired, it was a single game in the 40 I've looked at now, but they should be put on notice to NEVER again take this type of action when they are supposed to be an ambassador of the game.

I'll save you the trouble. You will find stuff like that. If I get trolled and flamed in a normal match I will straight up sell all my items for tears and intentionally feed. My gaming experience was already ruined by other players so I will enjoy my time feeding away and stacking muh tears.
That does nothing to change the fact that I have never been punished for that. I've never ever done it in a ranked match... but I will do it from time to time in normals. And if it goes unpunished in all game modes we have a serious issue.
This annie player, in my opinion, should be punished for the actions taken that game. Its clear as day that game is an aberration and was trolled by the player in question. The fact that its an aberration means the punishment not need be permanent. The fact it was clearly trolling in ranked play means it should be punished immediately. The fact it was a Rioter doing this is cause for serious concern and the employee should be notified that this is NOT the example they are expected to set and no further examples of this behavior will be tolerated or it will cost them the job.
That's how I feel about it. I have a zero tolerance policy for that type of thing in ranked play. Zero. The vast majority of the player base ALSO has zero tolerance for that type of thing in ranked play. It has no place in ranked, ever, under any circumstances, and is by FAR the most toxic thing a player can do in game. For these reasons it is worthy of punishment without question.

I'm agreeing with that. It should be reason for an immediate account suspension. That it is not is a serious problem. The players who trolled and flamed me sure should be punished, but I added fuel to the fire in those cases and all the offenders should be banned.
That's rather been my point this whole time. That nothing is done about this and nothing has been done about it for 5 years, which leaves players in a position they actually feel comfortable doing it on a regular basis. How can you not see how that is a problem and that it creates a toxic playing environment for everyone?

A Rioter doing this should be a zero tolerance policy. You are a representative of the company who is publishing the game. There should be no excuse for a Rioter doing this AT ALL.
If this is not a Rioter, this is an immediate zero tolerance punishment for impersonating one.

And if this is a rioter that only makes it more detestable. Any normal player should have that account banned. If its a Riot employee they should be outright fired.

Having a bad game is not the same as intentionally feeding
An employee who work at Riot is more than aware of how to play the game properly and at a level above average. There is ZERO excuse for an 0/13/0 showing by any rioter in the game. Not even a single assist. This is clearly a player who refused to participate with the team and is a prime example of how awful Riot priorities are. There is no way in which a game like this can be considered anything but trolling when the player in question clearly knows better. This employee has given us a clear example that riot does not, and never will, do anything about those who troll in game and create a toxic environment. It is ACCEPTABLE according to Riot to do this, as we can see from the picture.
In essence, we have, here, verifiable proof that Riot in fact helps to create and sustain a toxic playing environment for the sake of increasing company revenue. It really is a shame. Sorry about this op, that really sucks.
Amelie4 votesRioters are normal people coming from various backgrounds, and they all have varying ranks (if any at all). Just because you have a Rioter on your side doesn't mean they will be the best, or carry, or not make any mistakes, or have a bad game (or maybe even get mad).
I don't know what happened in this particular game, but I wouldn't judge it by one screenshot and a few words from the poster. I would like to see the actual match data for myself before I consider a Rioter a "troll".
I would just like to note that it's entirely possible to go 0/13/0 without trolling, especially in bot lane. Focus Annie, don't die, keep her severely under-leveled... she will never get assists or kills. Also very hard to stop a snowballing bot lane without a ton of help.

I'm fairly certain it IS possible, but your account gets quickly shut down if you're not ACTUALLY a Rioter. Could still be an imposter or even a hacker.
LankPants7 votesYou can do RlOT with an L rather than an i. You can't put Riot into your name, the game won't let you.
Edit: It could be a Cyrillic (Russian) o, which is unique from the Latin O in the client. When put into the client you'd get Riоt, looks a lot like the Latin O.

This is probably NOT a Riot employee. There is this special new thing created by a boosting website I cannot post here where you can let them change your name to any (already taken) summoner name, for example SKT T1 Faker with a different alphabet keyboard or something which Riot wont notice. This summoner probably paid for this kind of name change and changed it to Riot.

I believe that there's a fairly strong chance that this is an actual Rioter
