One of the most frustrating things in champ select is people who lock flex picks without saying a word, or people who are in the same pick rotation as you who don't say/hover anything giving you minimum time to react or get angry because you took their role in the last couple of seconds because they didn't say a word.
Please even if you lock an obvious pick like Jinx just say you're ADC for 
's sake.

Naut doesn't say a word.
Summoner 2: Well he's obviously naut adc, so I'll do that. Tehe like my pun? XD

And we already had our top picked.

Then a few seconds later,the other guys call top, mid, adc. and I'm just like sweet, this is working out. Then the mute guy just takes support, forcing me into the last position. Like, fk you, honestly. If you had just called support, I could have called a second preference, but no, that's already taken.

Welp, turns out the guy was cursing at me and flaming for picking mid when he "obviously" was going mid. I mean, pardon my ignorance, but I've never played with a Gaglio before, dafuq am I supposed to know about him?

Unless you're Masters or higher you have a 20 second - 2 minute que, people can't wait for a 2 minute que? I don't buy it. This is for the most part a dishonest way to force a dodge (like disco nunu). They're not going to say they want someone to dodge.
Riot has said they're looking at team builder for next season. Perhaps force communication for people to lock in. For instance have one of six boxes to click before they can select a champ. Top, jungle, mid, adc, support or other. With other they have to type something.

For example, if you're a support main and can't do anything else other than support and will feed harder than I do upon filling, you better say something or else it's your fault. Of course, they never said anything until after I locked in.
Then what's even better is they bitch and whine about how they can't do X role... lovely.
