I'd think of salty as more just being frustrated to the point that you start saying disparaging things about your teammates/balance/the enemies champion/Riot/the internet/kids these days/etc. You don't really have to be angry to hit salty, just be willing to say things. For me it doesn't happen much, but occasionally I get salty about games, I keep it to myself though
