Some Brand Buffs I Thought About

So, Brand really hasn't been in too much of the spotlight for a long time now, and I feel it's time for the League's biggest flamer to get some love.

Passive - Now grants Brand bonus flat movement speed when targets are Ablaze by a flat 20, increasing by 4/6/8/10 additional movement speed for every champion Ablaze, increasing at levels 6, 11, and 16. Ultimate - Slightly increased missile speed, for more efficient stacking of Blaze on enemies

One of Brand's biggest problems he sees is that he has absolutely terrible mobility. These changes are to give him some ability to kite back without Rylai's, and further increasing his synergy with Rylai's. The scaling movement speed is to give him something to defend himself with, while still retaining his weakness of being flanked, so he in turn can be played as a tank-shredding kite mage in certain team comps, but isn't completely impossible to stop.

The ult missile speed is just to help him with spreading Blaze in teamfights, which may not seem like much, but trust me, it is. That thing's missile speed is abysmal compared to what you want it to be.
