The Nasus Changes Trigger Me.

Fyi, this isn't about balance. This is about the fact that 40-45% CDR Nasus has a ~2.4 second cooldown on his Q and during his Ultimate, the cooldown is 1.2 seconds. item 3057 /item 3078/item 3025 has an internal 1.5 second cooldown, causing wonky Q usage for optimal damage. It just so happens that reducing the Q CDR from his ult from 50 to 30%, it keeps his Q in line with the Spellblade cooldown, being slightly higher than 1.5 seconds.

It's understandable if changes like these wouldn't go through, but it's something to keep in mind.

Delaying Q by .3 seconds means 20% fewer Qs (and that assumes you can do it perfectly). That means if your total attack damage + Q base damage + Q stacks is greater than your base AD times 5, you should not be delaying Q.
