Traditional Karma Legacy border?

So are they gonna give it one or just pretend it was always for sale and not bother? Because I mean if I was the one player who played Karma pre rework I'd be a bit pissed that they're suddenly intending to sell the skin with no recognition that they had it before.

And they did it for every other skin so I don't see why traditional Karma would be left out. Especially because that means you actually owned the terrible champ that was Karma pre rework.
