Ashe Nerfs PBE

To Whom It May Concern: I am a common League of Legends player; I enjoy playing the game casually and I do so very often. I really appreciate all the work you put into balancing and improving League of Legends. However, I currently have a concern with PBE changes for patch 6.21. I have been made aware that it is planned to nerf Ashe a third time in recent history. I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with this decision, considering she is not overpowered nor does she have a significantly high win rate in any ELO. I believe that every champion in the game should be playable, even 450s with fewer mechanics for beginning players. Please do not make this champion unplayable. Thank you for reading.
