Tilt OP?

It seems like more players are going on tilt then before. Season 4 I played with almost no one really playing that bad, now players noticeably on tilt are popping up more and more. Anyone else noticing this? Season 5 has been weird dude, with the "diversity" model that has been changing the skill of power so quickly and randomly its crazy. Champions are nurfed one patch, OP another. Players arent given enough time to fully adapt to the game changes before a new one comes. Then cynderhulk, Ekko, Ryze rework. That nightmare Fizz change. I loved season 4, but season 5 is just... I just dont like the direction the game is going.
