Team builder for ranked

Why isnt their a team builder for ranked games? So many ranked games have peope saying "top or feed" "mid or feed" "jungle or feed" "I can only adc guys" "I hate support, guess im feeding" The solution is so easy, just make a team builder for ranked. Then everyone goes where they want. There is no confusion, no hate, fewer trolls, and everyone plays better and has more fun. No one is fighting for top, mid... Then you might say "well then teams couldnt build a team together, or counter pick champions" Well, i have a solution for that too. Make ranked team builder a little different, instead of lane, champion and roll. Just make it lane and then people could still have champions bans, champion select, and even if someone gets counter picked or champion is baned, they can ask "hay, can some one switch lane with me?" Its so simple. Please Riot. Please make this.
