Stop picking bad fights, ward more, play safe, some objectives you have to give up, farm, turtle for late game. There are more phases in the game then the first 20 minutes. Play it out.

This is kinda hard to pull off as a team in Solo Queue when everyone knows better than you and does things their own way, and there are assassins snowballing off of that ignorance

Agreed, I just finished a game where at 20 minutes we were behind by 7.6k gold and we ended 18 minutes later with a 8.6k gold lead.
All we did was play safe and since our support was not dropping wards the top, mid, and me (jungler) dropped trinket wards and we used the vision to get picks and avoid them baiting us.
Neh, just keep rushing into outnumbered team fights, baits, unwarded jungles, never look at the map, don't use the safety of your own towers, ignore enemy split pushers, let the support with no wave clear deal with the huge minion waves at your tower. And whatever you do, always chase as far and as often as you can, always!! Oh and teammates love it when you get passive aggressive at them, always be an ass to people.
The game makes me so sad sometimes, happens almost every game.
I agree with this. But because of the latest patches, once a team gets a lead, it snowballs heavily from there. Look at the new minion mechanics riot implemented for example. Because of the new changes, more games are resulting in earlier surrenders.
Just came back from 15k gold down in ranked lol. Took 5 dragons and a baron but we won that 50min teamfight dammit. We won it damn straight.
Yeah when behind best to play safe even if that means losing some cs.

i just huged turret, cs those minions i could without having to take too much poke, found some opportunity to roam and get kills
carried my team in one, the other i ended doing great, but my team failed to protect turret and get objectives...hate when 4 allies go after a split pusher in bot, and other enemy starts split pushing top..wake up
