Watch this shit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ckIwozedAY and be grateful you don't have to go against that. Ryze has a 1 second snare on a 13 second cooldown now, 9 seconds at max rank. Stop bitching, and learn to play against tough matchups. This mofo used to be able to root you down for LITERALLY OVER FIVE SECONDS with 3 little split second intervals of not being rooted.
Instead of complaining, try hard. Don't blame the world for your faults and losses, improve yourself.
