A: "Hey guys, remember that time in season 5 when sated devourer was so easy to achieve that laners took it and ruined everything?"

**B: **"Yeah, what about it?"

A: "I got a GREAT idea: Lets give sated devourer back to laners, but this time with faster proccs, on a highly useful item and NO NEED TO STACK IT!"

Everyone: "Whaaaaat? That's GENIUS!"

Mr Brand, if you would? [zombie-brand-facepalm] [zombie-brand-facepalm] Thanks.

The difference is it costs a lot, the build path is crap, and you now have to basic attack 6 times before you get it.

Reread what Guinsoo's does now. Only double procs on hit item effects. Meaning it does not double auto attacks anymore.

They also removed Guinsoo's current stacked ability, meaning less damage overall. This item will only be built on a few champions now, if any, since it no longer allows any champion with 3 AD ratios and one AP ratio to benefit heavily from it. That removes pushing power significantly.

And that last part is directed to you MasterYi XinZhao Irelia

Xin will no longer get a heal and crit every other auto, Yi can't double strike every other auto, and Irelia, Yi, and Xin won't have insane pushing power once they build it.
