Then why is it basically play a champ with 2 second mobility or poke or have no fun? seriously the amount of champs you can play bto have fun in urf is so damn small so just disable the champs that can do that already riot!

Well, then a new set of bans appears and they're OP.
So Rito disables 10 more of the most banned champions.
Then a new set of bans appears and they're OP.
See a trend. Though, I wouldn't mind if this mode only gave Zed 60% CDR instead like Zilean. Then maybe the people who want to play Zed can get him, and those who have to fight him actually have a chance.
