What's good guys. I'm just here asking when my boy Fiddle is gonna be semi useful again? Fav champ to play, he's top tier 3 support and mid tier 3 jungle. You gotta make the guy useful in some way! 
Edit: If Yasuo can be god tier in multiple rolls, why can't fiddle be tier 1 or tier 2 in something? I know tier only means "so" much and it's all about how you play the champ. But some champs you get way more bang for your buck basically.
He's been buffed several times, pretty recently. Also, Yas isn't god tier, not by a long shot.
He got played in LCS so it's fine now.

Wait his rework in... two years ? :v He clearly need it. Since, except from a overpushed lane you need to wait 6. And even if you get it well the gank are meh. The supp side is painful for the enemy team if you succeed in managing your mana but he's still low af.
That's sad but you have to suck it up a bit until he get a VGU. And maybe some mana buffs (MP5 and MPMax) could help him a bit.
What I can say AFTER the buff.
Fiddlesticks is a shitty champion, and it's not a micro buff that is gonna do anything about it.
I used to main Fiddlesticks in D3, he is currently the most useless champ ever, zero damage, no escape AND squishy, can't clear the jungle properly, zero push power, worst last hitting, low ap ratios, the magic pen buff got removed it seems ?, no late game scaling, blue buff dependant, Zhonyas dependent, ultimate dependent...
Almost every mechanism in the game counters him (they probably design all the game features to counter him ?) : healing reductions, interrupts (stuns, etc.), knock ups, vision, dashs (you can just dash out of his ult and he's useless), tanks, QSS, mercury, Mikael's Crucible, Cleanse, etc.
Also, when you pick him, your team will often ask you if you're trolling and will just perform bad just because of the pick (a bit like if you picked Janna midlane).
Fiddle is nothing. Not a tank, not an ap carry, not an assassin, not a buffer, he can't even disable properly.
You need to be 1 full tier more skilled than the ennemy team to just have a chance to win a game (if you are plat 5, then you might win a gold 5 game).
Even Narkuss, a famous streamer, who used to be #1 Fiddle EUW (he used to be challenger with Fiddle all seasons), said that he was shit and he couldnt do anything with this champion.
Really, it's crazy that someone picked him in competitive, that was pure suicide, any pick would have been obviously FAR superior.
He was played in LCS today (and got smashed of course, cuz he's garbage) so they won't buff him. They need to stop giving him cancerous buffs that help him as a support. They need to buff his ult damage so that when you commit to diving into the enemy team, you actually get to do some damage before dying. His core items
