Unable to receive loot

Hey guys, I've seen several forums regarding this but have yet to get a clear answer.

I main jungle. Long story short a duo joined my game and both rolled smite to troll me. Stole both my buffs while I was Shaco and destroyed my early game entirely. Naturally, I was mad. I didn't cuss, wasn't really toxic, just explained I was angry and that they ruined my early game.

How I even got a 10 game chat restriction is beyond me.

So my two questions are, why does Riot punish the (dare I say) victims of deliberate butt buddy trolling? Of course I'm Angry, no one ques up to lose. That's common sense. I didn't cuss, didn't do anything like that. I wasn't angry or even remotely toxic prior to that, it was their douche bag behavior that was intentional and only to troll me.

Why do you guys reward trolls? So not only was that game ruined, but for me expressing that they ruined the game for me, cost me LP, and just made me even angrier to see I was chat banned.

So now EVEN better news. Now that my chat ban is lifted, I can't receive loot? I'm ineligible to receive loot due to "past bahavior"?

Are you guys kidding me?

So my question is, when will Riot bless me with the ability to earn hextech items again? My chat ban has been up for over a month now.

What they did may be wrong, but responding with negative behavior just adds to the problem. They will be judged for their own behavior whether you decided to tell them off or mute them, but if you decide to mute and ignore them you won't be just another problem to the other teammates.

Where are they being rewarded? Report them and contribute to getting them banned.

It depends on you playing games and showing you've stopped being negative. Higher tier punishments result in longer periods of ineligibility. The requirements are intentionally vague, but keep playing matches and don't retaliate with negative behavior to these players and you'll work it off soon enough. You can read a little more about there here.
