Some games my team doesn't even get dragon and then I'm not able to see what sort of buffs my enemies are getting without having to google it or memoRyze it.

I think it would be wise to have it permanently shown from the start of the game, everything would simply be grey until you get a dragon. I really find it annoying, inconvenient and partially unfair not knowing what benefits the dragons give at all times, thanks.

Infernal Drake Infernal Drake: + 8 / 16 / 24% attack damage and ability power. Mountain Drake Mountain Drake: + 10 / 20 / 30% bonus damage to epic monsters and towers as true damage. Cloud Drake Cloud Drake: + 15 / 30 / 45 bonus movement speed while out of combat. Ocean Drake Ocean Drake: Restores 4 / 8 / 12% of missing health and missing mana every 5 seconds when you haven't taken damage from champions within the last 8 seconds.

You're right, I think it's something neat for the players to keep in mind of

Just click on your enemy midlaner and check what buff they got. Anyways, just memorize what dragon does which. It's not that hard. I didn't even try to memorize but I still remembered.
Fire = Damage, Water = Sustain, Cloud = Speed, Mountain = Objective.

And if the enemy doesn't have a dragon yet either? Also I don't care about the general concept of what it does, I want percentages and exact numbers. I don't see why it shouldn't be implemented.

i also think it would be neat to have it tell you how much it buffed you like how on rabadons it tells you how much extra ap you get like it could say something like

Infernal Drake Infernal Drake: + 8 / 16 / 24% attack damage and ability power. (+15 Ad +18 Ap)
