Why can't trundle ult have a 25% slow?
Hes supposed to be one of the best duelists in the game, but currently you can just go 
and just shit on the poor troll...

That's his main weakness. He is pretty easily kited.
Just like Udyr, Nocturne, Gangplank, Garen, Olaf (To a degree), Skarner and Volibear (did I miss any?)
That weakness is what balances a lot of their kits. Particularly Udyr.
You just need to base your pick off of their team's mobility.
Don't pick those champions against high mobility teams.
Stop asking for Trundle buffs, he is perfectly fine as is and I don't want to see him get the first nerf of his existence.
The 2 most mobile ADCs in the game as argument...
Trundle isn't supposed to duel those ADCs, he is supposed to zone them out of the fight while the rest of his team cleans up. Or duel the other bruisers while ulting the tanks to make them squishy.
Or splitpush. Yeah, splitpush.
