Every ADC and ranged top laner in the game can already destroy him unless they go derpmode and run into E range...
Why does he have to have such an awful lategame to go with it, it's not even fun when your ults only up 20% of the match...
He is weak to range. Telling Riot to balance him to remove his weakness is pure stupidity. The only real counter to Darius in the game is Gnar and Quinn and that is assuming Gnar is really good (his AA range is just barely longer than his E range).
He bullies extremely hard he doesn't need a late game. He either wins lane or feeds because he is bad or got countered as a lane bully should do.
