If she didn't burst squishes 5x as fast. Seriously, I hope she gets the nerf bat to the face multiple times, stop nerfing everything BESIDES the damage.

She should have a max health threshold you need to be over in order to be dmged by her %health true damage Say she has 1000hp you need 1500hp to take the %hp true dmg
