Why is Riot refusing to balance this champion?
I played against many Fiora players(abusers) and it is really not fun experience. she is too oppressive, easy and very unfun to play against because of how overloaded her kit is and how frustrating to deal with tank Fiora which she was designed to be glass canon. Skip to TLDR if your Peter Griffin.
Why cant Riot balance Fiora with a real nerfs? why does this champion scales to god tier with an easy laning phase? why is she allowed to build like a juggernaut and still out-preform them?
Fiora never got a real nerf that really makes her a balanced champion, she has no weaknesses in her kit and she is very easy to play. I really feel like to talk about her passive, Q , W and R and explain why shes so unfun to play against and lacks counter-play:
Passive: Its really frustrating to deal with her passive since its so random on such a competitive game, its like hit or miss. I can deal with her damage but why does it grans a movement speed buff? when she has already a low cool down almost no mana cost Q dashes? makes no sense why a mobile champion gets even MORE mobile, is the MS buff necessary? hopefully you remove her MS buff that has no place on a such mobile champion.
Q: Her Q makes her laning phase easy mode since she can poke melee champions safely. You dont even need to worry about mana costs since she has almost none. With such a low cool down, she can spam the ability nonstop.
W: This ability is what grinds my gears, didnt we remove Darius AS slow because it was too oppressive vs melee champions? and guess what? FIORA now has that for absolutely no reason which what really makes her an oppressive champion. Even if she dosnt block an ability with her W she still get rewarded by slowing you both MS and AS heavily limits the counter play against her. This ability is very frustrating, the AS needs to go honestly.
R: %true damage that scales with AD? who thought it was a good idea honestly? this is the main reason why Fiora can just build tanky and still dish out tons of damage(theres many reasons why she can build tanky). Again I would love to see the MS buff on her vitals to be removed, so people can atleast stand a chance against her mobility.
TLDR What should be changed/nerfed:
-Her base HP/ARMOR should completely nerfed hard, so she wont just outperform juggernauts/bruisers when built tanky.
-Her vitals should not grants her MS considering how mobile she already is.
-Her passive should always appear to the enemy nexus direction, giving her a harder early game considering how monster she is in the late game.
-Increase Q mana cost slightly so bad players wont just spam Q's all game and not get punished for it.
-Remove her AS slow so melee champions wont get punished for being melee, giving more chances to fight her in melee range.
-I honestly dont know how to balance %true damage without changing it completely. but reducing her damage R and healing is a good way to go.
