How Is This Graves Using E So Often?

As title. You can see from Annie's E cooldown that this isn't URF, but Graves uses his E three times in a row rapidly twice during the video. What? How? Did spaghetti code break again?

It's an exploit, kinda like the one that replaced your trinket with a 0 CD botrk active. It's not a simple bug because it can't be achieved without messing with the game files. If you see this report it, most people using it will probably get permabanned.

Not my video, just saw it posted on Reddit where it was removed for "advertising an exploit". I'll submit it to player support in case they haven't seen it, then!

Well, the worrisome part is that if this is a bug and not an exploit as Frikgeek explains, then this Graves is going to be in Worlds.

I can imagine that it'd cause a game to be remade.

it's an exploit, the guys who developed it were so dumb that they even have a video on youtube advertising their "services" -.-
