Akali, Why she doesnt feel right to play

Akali has a good, strong, and decently balanced kit, but her kit doesnt flow right, and the problem lies in her E, it doesnt fit with the rest of her kit, her Q and passive work together in that they are procced off of AAs, her W is a great stall mechanic for her Q, and her ult brings her in range so she can AA and proc that Q and passive. Her E however, does interrupts this whole flow, it takes time away from hitting her second passive, or proccing a Q mark, it slows her down and makes playing her feel like you are always doing something wrong.
