A Suggestion for Ranked Rewards

I just had an interesting idea about Ranked end of season rewards, specifically the Victorious skin that players get when it comes out each year. I know that the Victorious skins are so pretty, but I haven't had some of the champions, and the ones that I do want to shoot for Gold for have since been unavailable. (Victorious Janna ) So what if at the end of the season, as a reward for being Gold or higher, you can choose a Victorious skin instead? I don't know if that would be hard to code or something, but it's a nice perk for people who tried really hard to get where they were, instead of maybe a jungler main getting the Morgana skin or something. What does everyone else think?
