Ivern passive in Nexus Blitz

It doesn't work on camps. I feel like it should. Like hes balanced around being able to mark smite early and it makes his early jungle (actually all of his jungle) just the worst. But just like an fyi if you want to play him jungle in blitz. I had to find out the hard way.
