Spell Vamps?
So it was last year Riot decided to remove Spell Vamp from the game. However, Riot didn't fully negate it. Morgana is probably the only (if not the only), Champion who still has Spell Vamps. I feel that she needs a passive update..

Nah, she can't really dps well and is more of a burst, spellvamp would be bad on a burst which makes the passive ok
