This is what we waited 3 years for?

I'm just upset and extremely dissapointed in riot right now. I main Zyra, and have done so for as long as i remember playing this game. I had been waiting 3 years for this moment and i couldn't be more dissapointed. What draw me to her was her plant theme and her nature based powers.

This is my question for riot: Why is it a necessity to leave the plant theme? Why zombies? Why dragons? Program Zyra will probably happen in the next 4 years of waiting.

Why is it so difficult to stick to her original plant theme and base her skins off of that? Elderwood Zyra? Seasonal Zyra? (Spring, summer, winter, autumn) Order of the Lotus Zyra? There are endless types of magnificently beautiful plants out there to draw inspiration from, why not base her skins off of those plants?

Her every skin doesn't have to be based on different types of plants, but they could atleast put some effort into a skin we had been waiting so long for. Everything is wrong about this skin. It's so poorly made. The colours, her appearance, her wings. I could go on and on for years.

Um... her skins would be pretty underwhelming if they were all just variations on plants. Not that seasonal wouldn't be cool, but it's more interesting to see things that push the limits, like Pentakill Mordekaiser or forsaken Jayce.

Alot of skins break themes, thats what makes some of them really unique.

  • Gentleman Gnar and Cho

  • Surprise Party Fiddlesticks

  • Elderwood Hec

  • The PROJECT skins

  • BloodMoon

All great skins, I can understand wanting a plant based one but common, a lot of effort went into that skin. Not to mention Riots skins have really stepped it up over the years.

First world probs. Complain on a forum that your champ doesnt gets a skin. Skin gets announced complaim you dont like the skin.
