Why should I or anyone else play Kha'zix right now?

With the release of our friend , we have yet another assassin who has no limitations on his ability to assassinate targets beyond player skill. ,, , , , , , all of them have ways to get in, and so long as they aren't cc'd, are totally a-okay to take out the carry. on the other hand is the only one limited by the targets' teammates mere PRESENCE around them. We can also choose to ignore that kha's damage to ISOLATED targets is the SAME as those mentioned above.

Well now, you could be saying all these assassins CAN jump in to kill the carry when their allies are all around them, but they'll just get blown up along with the carry, assuming they can even touch him right? All of them still like to kill the carry when they're alone or at least partially separated from their team. Except exist. Now you're saying well yea, thats WHY we HATE them. To which I say yes, thats true, but kha doesn't need a 'get out of jail free' card when he messes up, just an easier time killing the target to get out relatively safely. Cause right now he carries the same reward (killing the carry) for a far greater risk, with tools much less suited to the task. Kha has his resets doesn't he? yes, he does, but only if he kills the target, which is easier said than done when his damage is incredibly reliant on isolation, and even then is only the same as other assassin's, who's damage to champions is only reliant on just being able to LAND their skills.

So why should anyone play Kha'zix right now? His damage isnt anything special, its reliant on isolation and no other assassin has such a limiting factor on their ability to kill. What was once a cool gimmick of Kha's kit, feeling that I got to blow up the carry when he was all alone and rewarded for it, has now become a major liability, that no other assassin has to deal with.
