So…what if Fiora's W reset a little on kills? Like 30%

This buff is definitely not needed despite her ~47% winrate

EDIT: FIORA DOES NOT NEED TO BE BUFFED I am just proposing a buff if it becomes necessary

Her W needs a nerf - the AS is too high - it's rank 5 Malph E with 1 point in it. Better give her more hp. She got her base hp gutted.

I really don't think power needs to be shifted, I'm completely fine with her sub50% winrate, it cuts down on the annoying rito pls nerf.

Last time I saw someone complain was yesterday, I beat a Sion in lane because I can "press r for % hp true damage", which is true, if I hit the vitals. He said nothing about all my parties to his knock up

denting blows is basically a worse silver bolts. does not need a buff. Vayne does not need a nerf. U cant just compare one ability. Especially between a fighter/assassin and a tank.

Denting blow is not strictly worse silver bolts: For the next 4 seconds, Vi Denting Blows Buff reduces 20% of their armor and gains bonus attack speed (up to 50% AS). And even scales with AD. I would say that it's actually better than silver bolts unless you are vs Malphite or Rammus.

Only Xin, Tahm, WW, Heimer and Shyv have worse win % in the plat + site. I don't know how accurate are these stats...

47% win rate isn't bad for broken kit champions.

The only buff i think fiora needs is a buff to the movement speed slow on her e. The nerf was pretty harsh. I would quote actual numbers but the lol wiki has changed and i cant find the balance history.
