That doesn't fit her character, though. Instead, she could say something like, "Cloze bot no seeghaw."
whenever he gets hit by a Graves ult with an ally inside.
whenever she gets hit during her ulti. (and should've died)

Would be easier to give the line to Graves, not others.
In the same way 
displays in its tooltip how many times you've cheated death, the same principle can be coded into Quickdraw. When Graves uses Quickdraw and survives an attack that would have killed him, he could then say the line.
