The problem in the game is the champion without mana . You got rid of mana potion but it was a indirect buff to all manaless champion . Put mana cost to all champion and now we gonna have a fair game where everyone suffer of mana issue by some time .

It just forces players to be smarter with their mana usage. Though not being given a good example makes it harder to figure where to go with this.

mana isnt even a problem for most mana champs lol

i like my manaless champions tho, granted alot of them are annoying to lane against but they are manageable
