like Arcane Sweeper and Lightbringer weren't items....
This was actually a buff to ARAM Teemo, at least until late game. The way it is now, you can get a first item Lightbringer or Sweeper and make Teemo useless right from the get. With the removal of these items, Teemo won't be useless until everyone is finished their builds and have the money lying around to buy Oracles every 5 minutes. Because lets be real, even now no one builds Oracles until after they've built all their other items.
