Have you considered....
...that Fleetwork rune might be the fundamental issue in balancing ADCs? Because of this rune, I don’t see ADCs having to build any lifesteal items anymore. Long gone are the days of “sustain”, hence we have the complaints about “burst per second”. There needs to be a trade-off between crit and lifesteal, which doesn’t exist anymore. And I think the culprit is fleetwork rune. What do you think?
