RNG Matchmaking
I solo queue as gold I and get a silver 3/4 duo as my bot lane. I sometimes wonder if they are changing matchmaking into RNG like many other things in the game.

I would rather have full blown RNG match making than this fixed autowin/autoloss matchmaking.
Oh, youre above 51% winrate? Enjoy these abysmal teammates until youre back at 50%. Oh youre at 48% win rate? Enjoy these exceptional teammates vs a bunch of dumpster trolls until youre back at 50%.
your thresh was gold last season and trundle was plat, your jungler was high gold last season (peaked plat), so they prolly thought that balanced out the silver adc.
I don't think silvers should be place with plat or bronze with gold
especially when its not equally distributed across both teams

I'm in low silver and get plat players in my game. My win rate isn't high, and they were plat, idk where this comes from, but it happens. Often. The other comment explains your lack of problem well though.
