Fiora ult is 1 on 1 gnar ult requires the enemy team to be next to a wall to grt best value and vik ult is just aoe damage for a little bit

I mean if you think about it, Illaoi R is very situational but if she gets a 6 tentacle and spams w, then most likely someoone is going to die. Darius if you manage to hit 5 stacks on the adc or mid laner than you can spread hell. Cho'Gath is infinite scaling of hp. And veigar just needs to farm a lot so that when he presses R on the enemy adc they die.
