Trinity Force Or Black Clever On Darius?
So recently I've been playing some 
and watching some gameplays. I see that sometimes they buy 
and sometimes 
. Is one better or is it just that situation that its more effective in?

My friend mains darius and Im not sure why people go triforce but I know that people go black cleaver on him to give him because his E has built in armor pen (which is funny that my friend didnt know that xD) and black cleaver helps him shred even more with it. Also i cant be too sure but I think his bleed stacks black cleavers passive as well.
triforce grants more movement speed, and attack speed to apply the bleed stacks faster.
his spells at 40% cdr also have short enough of a cooldown to weave in the sheen procs off cooldown.
just as the other juggnerauts, he has one of the highest base ad values in the game, which makes darius sheen procs excptionally strong.
% penetration/shred stacks poorly with each other. especially since the armor shred nerf on cleaver, darius doesnt get a lot of extra armor reduction for himself on top of his e. so this often makes triforce relative to cleaver a better purchase.
Cleaver is better for running people down and shredding armor. Trinity Force is better if the enemy team has no tanks.
Tri force good vs squishes and useful in split pushes, bad vs tanks
Cleaver good vs Tanks and useful in teamfights, bad split pushing power
The main difference is when you use Decimate you will proc the Move Speed buff with the Black Cleaver.
Triforce you have to AA to get the MS buff but on the other hand it has a 5% passive increase to MS.
Black Cleaver is cheaper, gives you more health and more AD.
Personally I'd go with Black Cleaver just to have that first item power spike sooner. You can also start a 2nd item sooner as well, but I dont play Darius so do what you think is best in the situation.
I'd always go cleaver because literally 1 tick of bleed fully shreds the armour and you get an MS buff for the entire duration of it so it helps you against being kited tremendously
even if the target is squishy your abilities will hit hard enough and it will be even easier to dunk them so it's mostly a win-win
Ok I get it now. Tri force just better when I guess ur ahead or if the enemy has a lot of squishies but isnt good in teamfights. Clever is just all-around good just lacks split pushing potential. Thanks guys*[darius-angry]*
