This Mundo Buff is bad idea and show's why GW need's a rework

Sadism (R) max health regen increased from 40/50/60% to 50/75/100%
I know Mundo is a really bad spot right now but there has to be a better way. In High Elo/Pro play he'll be fine but in Low Elo he'll be overwhelming unless you buy GW. This is also why GW should be rework because Healing champ's can't be Balanced around it. They will either don't heal enough and their useless or they heal to much and are game breaking if you don't buy GW.
