URF Healing Reduction
It makes no sense that healing is reduced but Jayce's Q does full damage, Kayn can still do full damage with his cheap ulti, etc.

cabbysb1 votesi mean each champion has abilities... why nerf certain champs when Jayce's Q is just as annoying? I don't see lethality reduced or anything. Seems odd... like the devs just listen to the crybabies who don't like healing.
