New champ select lock in mechanic.

So I can understand forcing people to pick or ban something. You know what bothers me though, I picked a champ but I forgot to lock in and I was still penalized for it. Kinda crappy that Riot immediately implemented penalties for forgetting to lock things in. We're not used to this. Give us a break. What do you guys think? Is my point invalid or do I have a right to rant?

i basically made this identical thread. It's bullshit. I want to be able to click on my champion and go stuff my face for 5 min before the game starts.

I think its completely ridiculous, i failed once and it counted as a dodge against me and then gave me a leave wait time... i dont get why its such a big deal to force us to LOCK IN everything... such a bad idea riot
