Possible UI change for Aphelios Ult?

Since all his abilities unlock at certain levels 2 times now I forgot I have his ult until like level 7 because I am look at the level up bars when he level up so I forget that his ult is unlock.

Since he has a unique UI I figure you can make some changes to it. Like for example: Have chains around his Ult icon that breaks once he reaches level 6 so that it gives the player a visual cue that his ult has been unlocked.
