queue time?

ive been getting 7 minute queue times on the regular(7 because i usually stop there and research) up to 12 minutes(and counting) is this normal? ive been switching through top mid and bot and cannot find a game for the life of me was plat 5 last season, gold 4 now idk whats goin gon
